*Optus 3G: Use of Optus 3G Service is only available with 3G compatible handsets and deveices, amn Optus 3G SIM card and you must be in an Optus 3G coverage area. References to Optus 3G network, compatible handsets or wireless broadband devices refer to 3G2100MHz network and devices. To access the 3G network you must be within the Optus 3G 2100MHz coverage area. Outside of these areas, service will fall back to our Optus GSM/GPRS network, except for video services which cannot be accessed in these areas. 3G Handsets and devices will not provide you with access to 3G services in Optus Dual Band service areas where a dual band (2100/900MHz) handset is required.For full coverage information please to go www.optus.com.au/coverage.

Small Business App Store Launch Offer Terms & Conditions

  1. Offer available to Optus Small and Medium Business ("SMB") post-paid mobile customers (as defined by Optus) with compatible handsets.
  2. Your use of the Optus Mobile Application Store ("Store") is subject to the agreement with the Optus Mobile Application Store User Terms and Conditions ("Store Terms and Conditions"), available when you access the Store or at http://appstore.optusbusiness.com.au/optus/content_tc.do.
  3. The offer entitles you to receive a one-off credit of up to $5 (including GST) when you purchase an eligible application ("App") for use on your mobile handset from the Store.
  4. Offer excludes Apps for use with iPhones and Apps with a monthly subscription charge.
  5. To access the offer you will need to enter the promotion code (the word "BizApp") when completing your purchase.
  6. The promotion code is restricted for single use only per mobile service. If the purchase price of the App you select is less than $5 (including GST) you will forfeit any remaining credit under the offer and will not be able to re-use the promotion code to purchase another App for the same mobile service. If the purchase price of the App you select is more than $5 (including GST) the balance of the charges in excess of $5 will be applied to your mobile bill in accordance with the Store Terms and Conditions. Standard data usage charges apply for the use of the App.
  7. This offer is available to the first 10,000 mobile services to enter the promotion code when purchasing an App, or until 31 March 2010, whichever occurs first.
